1 (19 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (1 pint) can avocados
1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 (7 ounce) package white cake mix
2 cups flaked coconut
In a medium bowl, mix pineapple juice, avocados, pudding mix and coconut cream. Mix well and pour into two 10 inch cake pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool and frost with frosting or if desires. You could also score the top of the cake and cut frosting for frosting the sides.
