3 pounds chicken, skinned
1/8 cup cornstarch
2 cups lemon juice
1/4 cup concentrated vegetable juice concentrate
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
In medium saucepan, combine lemon juice, concentrated vegetable juice concentrate, lemon juice, olive oil and white vinegar. Mix well and refrigerate at least 10 minutes before serving.
