1 pound boneless pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried sage
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Fry pork in oil until browned and crispy; drain.
In a large bowl, toss together garlic powder, basil, oregano, sage, oregano and olive oil. Mix together oyster sauce, brown sugar, salt and salt; mix into pork mixture.
Return pork to pan; add additional oil, and deep brown on both sides. Heat through.
I added sun-dried tomatoes, chopped since I didn't have any. Ended up putting about 1 lb of diced tomatoes in the fridge as I didn't think I would be needing it. Will make this again!
