1 (9 ounce) can peeled, cored and sliced apples
1 (3 ounce) package McCormick Eggnog Cheesecake
1 cup vanilla cream
2 teaspoons lemon extract
2 (8 ounce) packages Frosting
Prepare eggnog by stirring together the eggnog, lemon and vanilla; blend on low speed until light and fluffy. Beat in Cream, then add extract. Reduce speed to medium; beat in Chocolate Milk. Beat in whipped topping. Pour into pastry shell with taper into crust. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
