1/4 cup grain alcohol
1/2 cup red wine
1 teaspoon grated fresh chile pepper
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly mix grain alcohol, red wine and chile pepper. Shake in cheese and toss thoroughly. Chill 1 hour before serving.
Perhaps my favorite bread pudding! Very smooth and delicious. I made this for my son's birthday party and it was very popular. I made no changes and used Heath bars chopped in my food processor. Yum!
