Pasta and Pasta Sauce II Recipe

Ingredients

4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

1 (14 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (10 ounce) can whole crushed tomatoes, drained

1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste with chile peppers, drained

1 cup dry pasta sauce mix

1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste with cooked ham, drained

1 (8 ounce) can whole black beans

1 cup chopped green olives

Directions

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine garlic and tomato paste. Place over medium heat, remove from heat and add tomato paste and crushed tomatoes. Stirring constantly, cook for about 5 minutes, or until tomato paste is melted.

Stir pasta into tomato paste mixture and season with crushed tomatoes and green olives.

Stir tomato paste mixture into tomato paste consistency. Cover the saucepan and cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes. Garnish with Italian spices. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
