1 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 large oranges
1 orange, zested and juiced
1 small lemon, juiced
1 (4 ounce) can cannellini beans
1 cup orange juice
1 cup milk
In a large saucepan, combine the oil, water, vanilla and oranges. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the water, orange juice, lemon juice, and cannellini beans. Cook, stirring, until oranges are tender. When orange juice is thickened, stir in yellow mustard, orange slices, lemon slices lemon juice, milk and orange juice. Don't boil. Serve over warm peaches or fruit.
