1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 pound boneless pork loin
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried minced onion, drained
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
In a large saucepan, combine water, pork loin, onion, chicken bouillon granules, olive oil, oregano, parsley, and thyme. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. The mixture will be hot. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Stirring occasionally, let the pork fall to a meat weight. (Note: Do not allow to burn.)
