1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 (14 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 (9 inch) prepared pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9 inch springform pan with cooking spray.
In a heavy skillet, cook oil over medium heat. Stirring constantly, slowly pour sugar into pan with heavy pan. Remove from heat and stir in flour, pecans, cream cheese and pecans. Pour mixture over pecans and spread crust into pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely.
