1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
In a medium saucepan, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, chili powder, vinegar, and oil. Bring mixture to a boil and remove from heat. Mix thoroughly.
