3 (9 inch) pie crusts
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in milk, cream cheese and flour. Mix until smooth. Stir in vanilla, cornstarch mixture, flour and baking powder. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto pie crusts. Brush with remaining cream cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool completely.
