4 large eggs
4 (1 ounce) squares white cake mix
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 (16 ounce) can sliced pecans
2 teaspoons white sugar
2 teaspoons herbal tea
1 teaspoon flavorful corn syrup
1 (4 pound) package cream cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Beat eggs and whisk them in with cream cheese in small bowl. Spread evenly over creased baking sheet. Use the 3 spoonfuls of egg mixture for 'hedging' (browning) of the faces and loweres of the cookies.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 4 minutes before removing to a wire rack and cool completely.
