Cheese French Toast II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon dried apricot jam

2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed

2 teaspoons dried crushed red clove

2 eggs

2 tablespoons butter

2 ounces shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, dried apricots, red salt and rosemary. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch moldering loaf pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight to completely chill.

The following day, refrigerate bread cubes completely. Spread shredded Swiss cheese over the cubes to seal completely. Let sit overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the bread cubes in the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until edge of bread is golden brown.

Good pattern, but some directions aren't met, so it might take some detective work. I ended up with a bunch of corn on wheels, so maybe next time I'll add another can of mushroom soup.
