Donna's Blessed Chicken Watch Now

Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil

1 (8 ounce) package chicken bouillon cube

1 medium onion, chopped

1 small white onion, sliced

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 pinch salt

1 bay leaf

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Season chicken cubes with salt, and if desired add bay leaf and olive oil. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover, and marinate 8 hours.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Place chicken cubes in a medium bowl. Bring oil to a boil in a large saucepan, and cook until butter begins to crackle. Remove chicken cubes and coat with oil mixture. Place bread cubes on 4 baking sheets and toast 5 minutes.

Bake uncovered for 3 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove bread cubes and brush with olive oil mixture. Bake for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Remove each cube and season with salt and pepper. Turn, and brush with remaining oil mixture.
