1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 yellow onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, onions, paprika, oregano, basil, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
Heat frying pan over medium heat. Add remaining oil. Fry chicken breasts 1 to 2 minutes on each side, turning once.
Add mustard, dip chicken breasts in mustard mixture and then in marinade. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning with tongs. Serve at once.
