Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound pork roasting beef

1 pound beef brisket

1 pound sweet potato

1 onion, quartered

3 cloves garlic, crushed

1 small red onion, quartered

1 pinch dried rosemary

6 (1 ounce) cans tomato soup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Remove roast from oven. Remove fat from skillet. Place roast in a shallow dish or bowl. Reserve 1 tablespoon marinade, reserving 1 tablespoon. Return roast to oven. Return pan to oven, and baste occasionally with remaining marinade.

Baste available marinade with an electric handkerchief over skillet, or brush with water. Fry the beef, red potato and onion over medium heat until lightly browned. Gradually pour marinade over all. Remove from oven and transfer to greased or paper dish. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary and tomato soup.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes per side.
