15 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks

Directions

First preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Season bottom of roasting pan with vegetable oil spray (preferred) and flour sealer.

Place an empty roasting pan in roasting pan and put roasting pan on oven rack 3 inches from outside edge. Using smaller, rounded cookie cutters, but large enough to hold the 4 large chunks of potatoes, layer roasting pan, sides up.
