1 (32 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
18 fluid ounces pineapple juice concentrate, chilled
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup hot water
3 cubes ice
In a saucepan, combine orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice concentrate, lemon juice, lemon zest and salt. Stir until well blended. Chill in refrigerator or overnight.
Combine hot water, ice cubes and orange juice concentrate in a pitcher. Pour over fruit mixture and refrigerate.
