1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
2 (3 ounce) packages orange flavored Jell-O mix
2 1/4 cups hot water
1/2 cup orange juice
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 (9 inch) prepared strawberry filling
1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
In a medium bowl, mix the gelatin and hot water. Stirring constantly, gently dissolve gelatin into hot water.
Place the gelatin mixture in a large plastic container or glass container, and refrigerate.
Mix the orange gelatin mixture into the hot water mixture. Stirring constantly, gently mix in the orange juice, eggs, oil, vanilla, cream cheese, milk, and pineapple juice. Pour mixture over cookie crust. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour, or overnight.
Prepare strawberry filling using the vanilla pudding mix. Beat cream cheese and milk into the gelatin mixture. Beat until light and fluffy. Spread filling over cookie crust. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
