7 large potatoes, peeled, grated and cubed
1 supply of chopped onions
1 (8 ounce) package package cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons unsweetened instant coffee
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Pierce 2 potatoes with a fork.
In a medium bowl combine the potatoes, onion and cream cheese. Stir well. In a small bowl, mix together instant coffee and milk. Pour the mixture over potatoes and then sprinkle with the remaining flour; mix well. Spoon mixture into a 13x8x2 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until potatoes start to brown. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
