6 quarts cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons white sugar
4 (6 ounce) cans shrimp, drained and flaked
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
Spread cream cheese and Worcestershire mixture on a large serving platter. Sprinkle crab, shrimp and pineapple over cream cheese.
