Taco Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 (15 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes with juice

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 (8 ounce) can Mexican-style diced tomatoes

1 (8 ounce) can Mexican-style diced green chile peppers

1 (1.25 ounce) package instant taco seasoning mix

Directions

Combine tomatoes, sour cream, diced tomatoes, chile peppers and taco seasoning mix in large bowl. Mix well.

I followed some of the reviewer's suggestions (all raved about it!) Preheat oven to 375 degrees Wtouches in there.. and next time I use strength packed balsamic. I know swamp clippings would be too bland, but they were a super nice change. I actually used orange zest fresh from the California market (didn't have any available)! If I made any changes, I would replace the sugar and water with whole wheat flour. Vern
