1 cup sunflower seed meal
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking powder ground black pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 pound pepperjack cheese
Combine sunflower meal, baking powder, baking powder, pepper, olive oil, pineapple, mozzarella cheese and pepperjack cheese. Place sandwich in a plastic bag, seal and shake to coat. Mix and serve.
