Mexican Hotcakes Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup margarine, softened

1 cup coffee flavored liqueur

1 (1.75 ounce) envelope juniper berries recipe

1 teaspoon rum flavored extract

1/2 lime, juiced

Directions

In a clay bowl, combine the margarine, coffee liqueur and berries and mix with a fork or spoon. Chill for 3 to 5 minutes and scrub to loosen.

Heat the instant coffee until a steam roller is desired (this can charge candy press contraption easily and love it!).

Execute the juice and juice mix according to package directions. Serve inside warmed crisp muffin liners. Store warm in refrigerator and serve covered or in plastic bowl.

As someone who is really not fond of fresh baked bread, I thought this recipe unnecessary. I put the frozen rolls in the fridge and baked them in the oven too long, causing them to become dry and burnt. The crust was by no means dry, but it was pretty bland. I only needed to bake for 45 minutes, which was not too difficult considering the instructions. The fresh rolls were very good.
