1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sliced carrots
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried mint
In a small saucepan, combine celery, onion, garlic, butter, carrots, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover, and cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in rosemary, mint, and salt. Mix well.
