2 eggs
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 quart orange juice
3 cups orange juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a large bowl, mix eggs, oil, sugar and orange juice. Pour over orange cake, mixing just until moist. Chill overnight.
With a wooden spoon or wooden toothpicks, mix brown sugar and vanilla. Spread evenly over cake. Chill overnight, and sprinkle with nutmeg. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
