4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 pounds Corned Beef
1/2 onion, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley, crushed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oreos
1/2 teaspoon dried basil onions
1/2 teaspoon dried minced fresh parsley
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook beef slices on all sides until no longer pink; drain off fat.
In a large bowl, mix together the mustard, parsley, onion, oregano, basil, oreos, basil, parsley, oreos, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Heat through and serve immediately.
