1 (19 ounce) can marshmallow creme
1 (13 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
8 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
1 (18 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 cup chopped watermelon
1 (8 ounce) container lemon sherbet
Place marshmallow creme, strawberry gelatin and lemonade concentrate in the top of a double boiler over medium heat. Pour in water, 2/3 cup at a time, stirring constantly until mixture dissolves. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Remove from heat, and stir lemon sherbet into hot marshmallow creme syrup. Pour marshmallow creme mixture over each cake layer. Serve topped with lemon sherbet, lemon pie filling, and cherry pie filling.
