1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 (16 ounce) cans tomato paste with green chile sauce
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste with red chile sauce
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste with green chile sauce
1/4 cup red wine
In a large bowl combine pepper, garlic powder, tomato paste, garlic, tomato paste with chile sauce, tomato paste with red chile sauce and tomato paste with green chile sauce. Mix well and place mixture in a large resealable plastic bag. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill for high heat. Lightly oil grate.
Steak or cut on skewers and brown on both sides. Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side, turning occasionally, or until internal meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
