1 (16 ounce) package egg roll wrappers
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Place egg wrappers in microwave for 25 to 30 seconds on high power cycle; remove. Microwave egg wrappers briefly while eeking.
In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese or margarine until stiff peaks form. Beat in milk and pudding mix, then fold thoroughly into egg roll mixture, letting stand about 1 minute.
Place in microwave for 10 to 15 minutes to steam roll. Cool on a wire rack.
