Excellent BBQ experience! My husband loved it! My only complaint is the grass seemed a bit too greasy for our taste at the end.
Extremely tasty! Trotted out quickly and used frozen vegetables, added chunks of pork r r r sausage, and cubed chicken breast. I cooked the pork chops in the marmalade instead of the oil and the chicken in the marmalade instead of the butter. Served with biscuits and made a meal that I was actually embarrassed to eat. Nobody said it needed to be braised or deep fried. It turned out fantastic anyway.
