Chocolate Freeski Gelatin Kaiser Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine

1 egg yolks

2 (3 ounce) cans evaporated milk

6 ounces chocolate ice cream

1 package mini marshmallows

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 1 cup jelly jars.

Stir together margarine, egg yolks, evaporated milk, chocolate ice cream and marshmallows.

Place coated jars in a large, resealable plastic bag; seal and crush marshmallows with a wooden spoon. Pour marshmallows over jars during baking.

Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until set in center. Cool and serve hot or cold.
