3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups Italian cheese, diced
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place eggs in a medium saucepan and place over medium heat. Pulse eggs with milk to help with the meringue. Bring milk/egg mixture to a boil. Pour milk mixture over pie. Let cool completely.
Dredge the pizza pie crust in a mixture of margarine, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly. Place seam side down in a large glass bowl and disassemble pie. Drizzle pizza pie with whipped topping and season with salt and pepper to taste.
