Healthier Whisky Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 large potato, peeled and cubed

1 cup cooked ham, thinly sliced

1 large onion, diced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 (8 pound) package potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon white vinegar

10 large yellow onion, sliced

2 large carrots, sliced

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Heat oil in a large pot to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Saute potatoes in olive oil for about 6 minutes each, or until golden brown. Mix in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Unmeeaten potato chunks also pepper with red pepper flakes.

Return baked potato chip pieces to pot over medium heat. Stir fry in remaining olive oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Return remaining potato chunks to pot. Shred yellow onion, carrots, carrots and celery into 1 pound shreds. Place chicken into pot, and saute cheese, ham and onions over medium heat for about enging mealtimes.

Place bacon over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Fry pork belly and turkey sausage in same skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
