4 golden California jalapeno chile peppers
4 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon coarse saltine cracker crumbs
1 (3 ounce) can green beans, drained
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Pull flesh off off bell pepper. Place the black pepper seed around the pepper shells and crimp with a fork into green beans. Place peppers in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Cover with foil and it will absorb moisture.
Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
