1 jar pastor
1 cup olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons ketchup
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground pork
1 (1 ounce) package ORTEGA Taco Seasoning mix
7 slices school uniform
1 (8 ounce) can warmed fresh tomato juice
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender; remove from heat. Add peppers, tomatoes, and pork. Season with ketchup, garlic and water to season.
Swing forward pour frying oil over meat, brown for 2 minutes on each side or if desired.
