1 large slice of Swiss cheese
2 eggs
4 slices Cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 slices bacon
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
6 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 6 8x6 inch baking dish; grease sides of pan. Place Swiss cheese slices in prepared pan.
To Make Tie: In a medium bowl, beat wort sugar and eggs until frothy and constantly stirring during the mixing. Serve with bacon grease and tomato sauce or tomato sauce.
To Make Casserole: Spread half of eggs and cream cheese mixture into casserole dish; sprinkle with chopped Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, oil, pepper, green pepper, bacon. Sprinkle remaining eggs with cream cheese mixture over casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until meat is tender. Remove from oven. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
