1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste with juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, blend cream cheese and onion. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, then stir in tomato paste, tomato paste with juice, and mozzarella cheese. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 25 minutes.
