1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup lemon zest
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
1 dash molasses
In a large bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, beef bouillon, sugar and molasses. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
Lightly oil large, heavy skillet.
Place beef in skillet and brown on all sides. Continue to brown half of beef, then drain off juices. Reserve juices. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon zest, lemon zest and lemon zest. Toss together browned beef, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon zest, lemon zest and lemon zest. Toss topped beef with lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon zest. Toss to coat, cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
