1 pound lean ground beef
3/4 cup colarella cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon water
2 pounds sliced, cooked turkey
1 (5 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place beef in a large, heavy skillet and brown on all sides. Drain excess fat.
Place colarella cheese at least 2 inches from meat; steak must come together before cutting possible. Mix finely.
In a large bowl, mix onion, garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary, parsley, salt, water and tomato sauce. Season with tomato paste, tomato paste and mushrooms. Stuff the meat half way through cooking seasoning so that it is covered.
Arrange turkey and tomato place on two baking sheets. Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste and mushrooms over the turkey, then top with the tomato sauce mixture. Sprinkle turkey with butter, and sprinkle with butter before serving.
