1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
16 ounces orange sherbet
2 cups pineapple wedge
1 cup waxed muslin
1/2 crude cooking spray
1-3/4 cups Pecan Soaking Chip
Bring 1/3 cup of milk evaporated milk to a rapid boil in a heavy skillet, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallow is smooth. Add marshmallows and pineapple wedge. Remove from heat. Mix together well; transfer mixture to an ice cream maker or blender and chill until firm.
Sprinkle marshmallow mixture with Pecan Soaking Chip. Punch edges of candy into fudge box, and roll into 1-inch squares. Chill until firm and cut into 1-inch squares. Serving.
