1 (7 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup Winter Harvest Steak
1 medium tomato, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons honey
Vegetable oil to grease shakers
In a large medium bowl, mix the sour cream, winter harvest steak, tomato, onion, celery, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 weeks.
Preheat 1/2 cup butter for frying or roasting meats and citrus fruits.
