1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 (16 ounce) package Italian-style processed cheese food, diced
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream or whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 175 degrees F (80 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese and softened cheese until smooth. Stir in the sour cream and eggs; mix thoroughly. Fold in the Italian-style cheese. Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn over and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese over the hot baking crust. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese mixture until smooth. Stir in the sour cream mixture until well blended. Spread over cream cheese layer and sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Spread over cream cheese layer and sprinkle with melted butter.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
