1 cup white wine
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Place white wine, orange juice, juice, lemon juice and eggs in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, and garnish with pecans.
This was the first review Ive written in All Recipes and I must say that it is AWESOME! I used White Fence cheese and increased the amount of meat to a Meatball Zero. I did this recipe as a rotisserie chicken breast would have made it too heavy. I assembled it as directed and it immediately became a main dish. I kept it in the fridge and broiled it overnight, so that the beef and veg could accrete to one another better. I broiled it for 15 minutes and it reached the proper temperature. I broiled it further and it reached perfection. My husband loved it and his little sister had a ball putting it in the oven. Heated it for 35 minutes, took out the brownies and gave them to you guys! You guys are amazing!! Thank you!
