1 (16 ounce) can Mexican-style diced tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
1 (8 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
1 (8 ounce) can diced onion
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
1 (16 ounce) can diced mushrooms with liquid
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Stir together tomatoes, peppers, onion and green chiles in a large bowl. Stir in the fajitas, tomatoes, onion and mushrooms. Arrange cheese in one large bowl and place a layer of sauce over the top.
Cover and chill in refrigerator. Serve immediately.
