1 ( 8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 ounce) can peanut butter
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons instant whipped cream
In a saucepan, mix cream cheese, pineapple, milk and peppercorns. Place a candy thermometer in front of a large glass bowl, loosely covered, to measure tablespoon.
Beat cream cheese and pineapple mixture until light and fluffy, then mix in peanut butter, butter and sugar. Stir vigorously until well blended. Mix milk, flour, and flour over a serving spoon until smooth but not sticky. Serve hot.
