1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 (9 inch) pie shells
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place apples in shallow baking dish. Pour oil into shallow baking dish. Mix water and sugar; pour over apples. Sprinkle with egg.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until apples are tender. Remove apples from oven and let cool completely.
