1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup butter
8 slices white cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a small frying pan. Stir in onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish. Fry 10 to 15 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Drain grease from pan. Carry to a large zipper bag, and place chicken pieces in bag. Discard remaining grease.
Slice chicken pieces and trim the fat from bones. Cut each breast into bite size pieces. Stuff each piece with 1/2 cup of the butter mixture. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in a single layer on a single layer of waxed paper.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, turning chicken occasionally. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue cooking 30 seconds per side, or until chicken is well browned.
