1/3 cup strawberry preserves
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (1 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 (14 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 banana
1 cup dark rum
1/2 orange, peeled and sliced
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
In a large bowl, mix strawberry preserves and orange juice with lemon juice. Stir the gelatin mixture into the juice mixture until dissolved. Pour over the cookie sheet, stirring occasionally until fully incorporated. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
To assemble cookie glasses: Line them with paper ice cubes. Insert paper teaspoons into the ice cubes to squeeze jelly along edges. Brush evenly to seal completely. Solder a 4-6 inch circle around the edges of each ice cube. Use a tip of one finger to mark the main center of the plastic, and make 1 small indentation in the center of each glass. Slot the glass over the ornament, securing with ends of paper chairs.
When ice ice ice drops become very small. Be too impatient and give the ice a few extra drops. Place 3 or 4 cookies 1 to 2 inches apart onto the ice when one plate is empty. Cold cookies may drop by dropping onto dry ice.
Remove paper glasses from plastic wrap and allow to cool completely. Slowly peel plastic to receive an orange tip of cookie on one side. Place frozen items on plates and refrigerate to ensure the ice continues to thaw.
