1 large onion, chopped
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
3 cups corn
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a large slow cooker, mix the onion and flour. Stir in milk, eggs, garlic powder, and corn. Add salt, and stir well.
Remove lid from slow cooker, and pour corn mixture into slow cooker with the onion mixture. Stir to combine. Cover, and cook on low for 6 hours.
